On-Line Video Tutorials
Over the next couple of months, we will be building a substantial library of short, compact, animated video clips detailing the operation of our invoicing and accounting software. These video clips have been designed with two benefits in mind. Primarily they are there to aid our customers, and prospective customers, to quickly learn how to operate the software, but just as importantly, visitors to the site can view a couple of clips to check whether the software is suitable for their particular business' requirements, before having to download, install and setup the software.

Matrix prices allow you to sell the same goods at different prices depending on the quantity the customer orders. This shows you how to set up the matrix pricing structure |
Debt Chasing and
allocating payments |
This shows the various ways you can use the software to improve cashflow, via statements, debt chasing letters, 'drilling down' through a customer's overdue account balance and finally, allocating a credit card payment to a customer's invoice. |
