The Invoice Creation Screen showing a layout for a non-sales tax registered company and five of the thirteen available columns.
This is the product selection window - whilst products are optional, if you choose to use them you can combine similar, or related, products into a group - to which group a colour can be associated to aid the product selection process.
The Customer selection window allows you to sort customer by code, name or 'friendly reminder' name.
The Monthly Sales window shows total net monthly sales (or by clicking the purchases tab, the total net monthly purchases) for a selectable three year period.
Account&See allows you to change the text that appears on your invoices, estimates, statements etc.
After you have been using the software for a while, you can generate extremely detailed statistics on virtually every aspect of the software. This window shows a customer's position, relative to all other customers on the system with regard to the spend, profitability and average payment times.
This window details monthly sales, year to date and total sales for a selectable twelve month period. Results returned can be filtered by Sales by Customer, Products, Groups, Departments (or sales people) and Country.
The expanded sales breakdown has the same filtering options as the previous breakdown module. This screen returns the actual invoice entries for a user-selectable period.
The product profit module allows you to see all sales between any two dates and shows total units sold, total net selling price and profit (selling pice less cost price) of all products sold between the two dates.
This report shows, using the same filtering options as the earlier breakdown reports, net sales detailed by the month of the year, day of the month and day of the week the sales were made. This is useful for working out stock levels required, staff holidays or planned machinery maintenance.
The trends monitor, using our extensive filtering options, takes the previous seven, thirty and ninety days' sales and compares those figures against the previous period, the same period last year and also against average sales for the same time span.
The Account Ageing window shows the total net and gross amounts owed by you and owed to you in both total and broken down into the current and aged accounting periods.
The trading profit and loss account shows total net sales, less the cost of those sales (raw materials) to provide your Gross Profit, then details the expenses incurred in running your business to show your Net Profit over a 12 month period.
A virtually unlimited number of labels can be created for your products, perhaps a small one to attach to the product itself and a larger one to paste onto a carton of products. The label can also include a graphic, a barcode and has three special codes - an updatable 'date' for Best Before, or Manufacture Dates, sequentially numbered Serial numbers and fixed text, perhaps for batch numbers.
