Creating Mailshots

You can use Account&See to send letters to your customers - either via e-Mail or printed form. Furthermore, letters can be personalised to include your customer's name and address, account code, date etc.

You can create the master letter either in your favourite word processor or use the built in text editor to create the file by clicking on the View/Edit File button. Using Account&See's editor allows you to simply enter the personalised details using the right hand mouse button and selecting the personalised text options available from the pop up menu.
If you wish to use an existing file, simply click on the Search for Existing File button.

If you are sending any letters via e-Mail, you can enter a short description in the Subject line - such as 'Account&See new release available' - this text will appear in your customers' e-Mail program's Subject line.

Now you must select the customers you wish to send the mailshot to by using either the Pro Forma Search Facility for a very detailed and accurate selection of customers, or by selecting them from the Group prefix drop down box. From the list of customers that appear, you can narrow down the list further by selecting individual customers from the list - multiple selections can be made by holding down the Ctrl key to pick individual entries, or hold down the shift key to select a group of customers.

To print or e-Mail the letters, click on the 'Create Letters' button.
