If you are the secretary of an association and have to produce a catalogue of exhibitors in different classes - such as an Agricultural Show, Gymkhana, Banger Racing etc., we may well have the solution. Having typeset and printed a number of similar catalogues for a 15 year period, this software has been developed over the past ten years, working closely with Show Secretaries to automate and simplify the process of producing the catalogue. In addition to the process of creating the text for your catalogue (which could save you typesetting costs in excess of the cost of the software in the first year!), the following features have all been included to make your job easier.
- Schedule Creator
- create a Rich Text file to import into Microsoft Word or other word processor / page layout software to create your schedule
- create a complete HTML website to allow potential exhibitors/competitors to browse classes on-line and, optionally, complete their entry form on-line and pay instantly via PayPal
- Historical Data - creates and prints a mailing list for all competitors exhibiting in the previous three years for posting of schedules. Return address on labels allows you to clean your database of out-of-date addresses.
- Automatic self updating competitor numbers - instantly updates your entire database when a new competitor is entered into a class. Options include new numbers when a specific class is reached (i.e. you could start your Horse section at 100, Beef at 500, Sheep at 800 etc.). Last minute entries can be accommodated right up to the time you mail your competitor letters, or send the catalogue file off to your printer. Keep the same competitor number for identical entries - i.e. an exhibitor showing his horse in three separate classes will keep the same competitor number throughout those three classes. A second horse, or different rider by the same exhibitor will be allocated a second competitor number.
- Quick entry of exhibitors' entry forms automatically calculates the fees due, the number of vehicle, exhibitor, handler and child passes, additional paid-for passes and number of pens required. For online entries, e-Mails can be simply dragged and dropped onto the entry form for automatic generation of entry form data.
- Print off individual classes for posting to regulatory bodies (such as BSJA) for validating competitors' details/registration numbers etc.
- Print personalised letters to all competitors detailing number of passes and competitor numbers - optionally include a receipt for monies paid or an invoice for monies due / underpayments etc.
- Generate Rich Text file, plain text or Corel Ventura Publisher files for generating the catalogue. (We would also be happy to quote for the typesetting and design of your catalogue - subject to availability).
- In Built Accounting Software for preparing Accounts for the event.
